Rimowa is adding a handbag like case to the line up. This cases are made from plastic or poly carbonate exterior, metal hinge, metal rivets and leather for the shoulder strap. The case is a cross body bag style that opens up like a clam shell. It does not have a carry handle but it has a shoulder strap that can be adjusted. The exterior design is the same as Rimowa’s luggage with the Rimowa branding. The interior has two compartments, zippered pocket with three slots for cards. The size of this case are clutch like or a big pouch. Also, since this is a hard shell, it will not get damage easily. This case is made in Germany. It will come in different colors. No word on the cost yet but be on the look out as it will be available end of November. Check it out!
Well, it seems like Rimowa is branching out of their Luggage area and expending to more personal travel as they say it. These are not new as Pelican has these too but you know, these will be expensive.
