Arc’teryx – Rolling Duffle

Arc’Teryx has entered the rolling duffle game by releasing the V80 and V110. They are made from anodized aluminum for the frame, and nylon. The design of the duffel uses more of a cart base with the main body/shell elevated from the ground or its suspended on the frame. Not only that but uses a clam shell opening to easily access items or clothing. It is not a hard shell design but instead Arc’teryx is going with this design as it has strength to weight ratio so be practical during travels. It has a small compartment on the front of tickets and cards and has a main compartment in the inside, Both are have water repellent zipper closure. A non-conventional luggage design in the luggage market. Available now from $425 to $449.

As much as I like the uniqueness of the design but I do not think thiw ill be a good luggage because it is not protected well. The V80 can be carried on by but the V110 will be a problem if it;s checked in. I also think that it is overpriced for what it is made of.
