Samsung has finally release the hi-fi wireless speaker by releasing the VL550. This speaker is made from wood and aluminum. It comes with 5 speakers total with 2 tweeters and 3 woofers. It has a lot of features that ranges from distortion cancellation, 32bit upscaling audio, smarthings app supports, and comes with this knob like remote. It can play wav, mp3, flac, and many more. Since it is wireless, ti can be connects via bluetooth or wi-fi. It can also be connected via aux cable. To power this speaker, it uses micro USB. Ever since Samsung bought Harman, they have utilize them and in this speaker, it is tuned by AKG. Available now for $400.
I am not happy at the price as they are obviously trying to compete with sonos and boss but they are not their yet and if they want consumer to buy in to this then the price should be should be lower. Also, at this price, it must have USB type-C but it does not. This would be a value if it was $200.
