Porter has finally release their limited edition G-Shock with the collaboration of Casio. This limited edition is a celebration of their 80th Anniversary celebration. The watch is covered in military olive green with orange accent. The case is painted in camouflage with Porter’s logo that is also accented in orange. Best part of this edition are little details all over the watch, especially the back of the watch, which has Porter’s logo and their timeline. Since it is a G-shock, you can certain it will be tough and durable. Although, this is a limited edition, it will become a collectors item, instead of a tool. Will be available to Porter’s suppliers soon.
This is an attractive watch. I always love the DW series of the G-Shock as it is subtle yet functional. They may be squared but again, this is a tool instead of a fashion statement. It just so happens that this watch has been decorated millions of times that it became a fashion statement. This edition is just another long line of masterpieces.
