It is always nice to see a brand takes inspiration from simple items such as a measuring tape. This measuring tape belt is by Maison Margiela, a high end brand does do not usually design items like these bu when they do, it is nice to see. This belt is made from genuine calf leather is is dyed in black and and has two D-ring and an end metal piece to top it all of. It has marking of measurements in inches to create the measurement tape effect. The back side of the belt is plain solid black with the brand’s logo. I like to look of this belt. it is simple, stylish and actually, functional. It might also be reversible as the back side is solid black. What I do not like about this is it’s buckle, I am not a fan of the double D-ring as they tend to loosen up over time.
