ACNE studios and mytheresa.com have collaboration to create bag collection that is inspired by the obi sash from Japan. This collection consist of tote, purse, and a shoulder bag. The body, the front knot design and its strap are all made from genuine lamb leather. The main focal design of these bags is the front knot, which gives it distinctive look that can be distinguish from other bags out there. It is subtle, nice yet contemporary. The colorways that are offered in this collection are black, and cognac and silver/navy. This collection is now available at mytheresa.com
This collection is certainly unique and I really like the design. I think they should have offered more silhouette other than totes or purses. They could have done a barrel bag or messenger bag. I think the best color is the cognac as it pops and makes the knot more focus.
