Filson is now marketing their restoration department to the public. This has been known for quite a while due to their lifetime warranty. This time, they are showing it off by claiming every damage Filson product that receive restoration will be one of a kind. From darning, re-sewing, re-seaming and also applying their coat on the cotton canvas, it will be back to its full functional purpose. They also condition the bridle leather to ensure it will last longer. So if you have a FIlson product that needs repair, send it to FIlson to restore it!
It will be a while until my FIlson products need repairing. At least i know they can repair or restore it due to the lifetime warranty. It is good to see Filson market their restoration department.
