BAPE and Alpha Industries have collaborated to create the three bombers. BAPE is using AI’s MA-1 bomber silhouette for the collection. It is made by cotton and polyester. There are three colorways in this collection from the full black and white camouflage, black and green and olive to duck camouflage. As with AI’s MA-1 silhouette, this bomber jacket has multiple pockets on the front, on the sleeve and in the inside. Not only that, BAPE added their own patch on the front, and also their ape logo on the bottom hem of the jacket. AI added their zipper pull on the side sleeve as you can tell from the picture. This collection is now available for purchase at limited retail store or at BAPE own online shop. It will cost $600.00 depending on the exchange rates.
These jacket are expensive. Not only that, they do look big for a bomber jacket. This jackets do not have the classic bomber jacket look that is from the yesteryear. Nonetheless it is a nice collaboration
